2.1 Nmap

Nmap, named for Network Mapper, is a tool Kali provides to scan networks. This tool is used to uncover hosts and services available over a network.

We used nmap to scan all the targets and other groups systems. This allowed us to find the all the hosts ips and the services they ran. After we discovered what services were open, we were able to try to exploit.
