4.1 Target 0

We use Nmap to scan and we find the X11 port is open. X11 was running on the default port, port 6000. We used the xwininfo command before we started exploiting the system, which is useful for gathering some information about the windows. Next we tried to use xwd tool to create a screenshot of the target 0, which worked. After that we tried some other exploits. We made a keystroke logger by using the xspy tool. It saves all user key entry into a log file. We can also use xspy see the key entry from the terminal directly. We also tried a new tool call xwatchwin which can watch the display instead of just watching the terminal. We can use it watch a specific window or the entire desktop using the root window identifier.
